Getting my learn on

Trying to learn all of the functions of the CS5 software is a very time consuming task to say the least. Integrating Illustrator with the functions of Photoshop and so on and so forth is a headache waiting to happen some days. It would be nice to know where I could go to learn more about all of the software without pulling too much of my hair out. Im on winter break right now from school so I have a little bit of time on my hands. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
